关于美亚海淘售后问题

在美亚购物售后问题很多,大体上会遇到的有美亚丢货,发错货,发错颜色,发错款式、尺码,甚至你投诉网站宣传词与实物不符(如网站产地写意大利,但收到的货是土耳其货)等,或者下单时候没有注意商品不能航空寄往国内,下单以后发现价格降了想找点说法,再或者是在不想要了等问题,他们的处理方案通常有两个:
1、发起退货流程,申请退货;
2、货收着,可以补偿,补偿一般有:
a.给你打个八折,把差价退还你信用卡(发错颜色、产地标注有误导嫌疑等);
b.不要你退货了,全额退款(质量问题等严重问题);
c.重发一次正确的尺码、正确的颜色(尺码发错)。
以上所有的解决都可以找客服livechat处理。美亚的客服一般比较好沟通在线说明情况问题解决不难,如果觉得自己的英文比较差可以使用翻译工具,只要意思表达通顺不需要什么标准英语语法要求。


这里先说说美亚官方的退换货原则如下:


You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 包装完好,由Amazon官网负责售出的产品可以30天之内无条件退货(第三方需要和卖方协商,但是amazon可以帮你搞定)。Amazon只对自身原因造成的退货进行免单,其余情况下均要支付退货运费,所以这里的退货仅针对达到转运公司还未转运,出现后悔情况的补救,如果产品已经国内签收需要退货,在完全是单方面原因的情况下需要考虑好退货的成本。

接着回来说第三方退货怎么办?

因为美亚第三方退货只有退货条形码,没有物流的退货标签。就是下边图片里的美亚自营退货的标签,第三方只有小标签提供,这就意味着需要转运公司使用小标签然后去当地的邮局亲自退货到第三方去。是的,你们没看错,要求自己亲自去邮局退!不能上门服务,邮费大部分转运公司会垫付,这点就需要大家选择一个靠谱的转运公司,不然退票很麻烦。尤其是要去邮局亲自退的话,有的转运公司退票手续是50元人民币一票的。

当然第三方的退货一般运费需要我们自己解决,我们也可以事后找美亚客服聊一下,兴许可以得到购物券补偿,不过大家慎用,毕竟海淘的路还长,别给堵死了。

其实大家也看到了在美亚售后处理中比较明显的一点就是在线客服的使用,对待在线客服我们也要百折不挠,一个不行再试一个,很多时候换个客服就把事情办了,下边是网友与在线客服一些案例对话:

案例一:ps4收货后机器是坏的

No problem Zhao. You can return the replacement back to Amazon.
Me:so,I should cancell the new order 115-9890747-2655443
Manisha:Zhao, your new order has already entered the shipping process so we will not be able to cancel the item now.
Me:oh,what can I do now?
Manisha:However I can send you a pre-paid return mailing label now.
You can take a print of it and return the replacement back to Amazon using that label.
Me:can I press the button "Request cancellation"?
Manisha:Zhao, I have successfully cancelled your replacement order of "Pioneer SE-A1000 Over-Ear Stereo Headphones, Black"
You need not worry about them now.
Me:oh,thanks a lot.
Manisha:You're welcome.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail for the cancellation of your replacement order shortly.
Me:okey.I'll confirm soon.
